Secret Masters of Magic

   We've had some interesting nominees for SMOMs
(Secret Masters of Magic) from some of you.

  First of all, Phil Goldstein has been replaced by alter-ego Max
Maven.  Max is now the author of the Color Books of
Mentalism (Prism).  Phil seems to be out of the picture.

    Someone mentioned   Harry Blackstone, Sr. (Stage), Don Alan
(Close Up)  "Both excelled in Performance and Personality "
So true, but we are limiting it to living magicians
or we'll NEVER finish the list.

   New possible SMOMs:
     Leo Behnke - Has written 54+ books on magic and
gambling, former Manager of Magic Castle, Librarian for
Copperfield, worked for Mark Wilson.
